We’re already preparing for End of Year Servicing and Repairs, and bookings are now open! Schools across the Metropolitan, South East, and North Coast regions can secure their on-site Repair Assessments during Term 4, Weeks 7–10. With flexible payment options and the convenience of on-site assessments, it’s never been easier to ensure your instruments are ready for another year of music making.
How does it work?
Our specialist team will visit your school to assess and log your instruments for repairs and maintenance. Or, if you’d prefer, up to 10 instruments can be brought to our Red Hill store. Each and every instrument is recorded, including size, model, asset or equipment numbers, and all repair or servicing work identified by our luthiers. This means that you will have a concise record of the condition of your instruments, and complete transparency of the work required to bring your instruments to a correctly maintained and playable condition which your students will enjoy using. Once assessed, we will provide an itemised quote of all repairs to be undertaken.
Planning Ahead
Payments will be due on 13 February 2026. Should you require a more flexible timeframe, or would like to split your payment, this can be arranged by calling us on (07) 3368 3666. If you require instruments for camps or workshops in early Term 1, please indicate this in your booking form and we will discuss your priority fee if required.
Inventory Assessments
We are not able to offer full inventory assessments during our peak season from November-February. If you would like an inventory assessment completed outside of these months, please do get in touch for your bespoke quote.
